Moreover, having completed his Bachelor of Information Technology in Electronic Commerce at the Queensland University of Technology, and starting mBill during his undergraduate term, Mark Reiken is a successful and seasoned driver of mobile technology business strategy and growth. As Founder and CEO of Text2Pay, Mark has a thorough understanding of the business operations unique to the company. Mark has helped clients turn their mobile ideas into generative revenue with a broader market reach for over ten years. Mark has become an expert in providing clients with scalable, flexible, and richly functional mobile technology products. Mark Reiken has the sales, marketing, and management experience to oversee Text2Pay and assist staff with the company's expansion. Mark's knowledge has been crucial to Text2Pay's strategic and fast growth in the global mobile solutions market. Adam brings more than 14 years' experience in enterprise software Sales and business development spending the last seven years focused on mobile marketing and carrier billing solutions & services. Before joining Text2Pay, Adam worked at Bango, where he played a key role in developing and implement Bango's North American Partner Program along with identify and creating new business opportunities with strategic partners. He gained his partner / Business development experience at Computer Associates (today known as CA Technologies), where he worked closely with 100's of channel partners, assisting them in configuring selling enterprise IT solutions for fortune 500 companies. Adam graduated from SUNY Oswego and holds bachelor degree in Communications and Marketing.
Michael is a valuable member of the Text2Pay team. He brings a wealth of knowledge from both the IT and Finance industries. With over seven years marketing experience for mBill and various superannuation and insurance companies, he has helped nurture and grow the Text2Pay brand. Michael handles the West coast operations where he controls the marketing and branding for Text2Pay as well new business acquisitions. He has a Bachelor of Journalism and Marketing and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Corporate Communications.
With over 15 years experience in software engineering and management, Scott is responsible for the continuing development of the Text2Pay applications and infrastructure. Prior to Text2Pay, Scott spent 4 years at Stella Hospitality Group helping build their central reservations software for online accommodation bookings of resorts throughout Australia. Scott holds a Bachelor of Information Technology from Griffith University.
Juan is a creative graphic designer from Colombia who has a great passion for graphic design and creating visually appealing projects. He has been working as a creative designer for over 5 years starting in the web design industry in Colombia back in 2006. In 2010, Juan moved to Australia and started working for Text2Pay as a Senior Graphic Designer, managing all the image-based and creative web campaigns for the company. His drive and desire to push creative boundaries really shows in work and relations with clients.
Edgar recently moved to Australia from Venezuela and holds an Informatic Engineering
degree. He has over 3-years experience in e-commerce and web applications
development using open source software. But web applications are his passion. As the
Web Applications Developer for Text2Pay, Edgar has developed numerous web-based
projects and is constantly improving his niche within the company.
Edgar is currently completing his Masters in Information Systems/Information Technology as part of his continuous learning process.
Alex is the Customer Support Officer for Text2Pay and has been fortunate enough to work in Customer Service for over 6 years. She is passionate about her job and finds working with customers both rewarding and challenging. Alex enjoys interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to their inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. She believes great customer service is critical to the success of any organization, which can help build sales and visibility as companies try to distinguish themselves from their competitors.
Linda maintains day-to-day financial control for all of Text2Pay's operations. She
ensures that all finances are properly administered and monitored, including credit
control while also preparing and reviewing detailed budgets.
Linda also makes regular reports on income and expenditure and ensures that all financial reporting obligations are met in relation to submissions for funding, contracts and any other initiatives.
